Just playing on our server means the world to us, and any purchases are completely optional but highly appreciated!

With every purchase, you'll receive some awesome benefits, including access to a special rank on both our Discord and Minecraft servers. Be sure to check out all the perk descriptions, as they include specific terms of use for each perk.

Payments are usually processed immediately, but it may take up to an hour for perks to show up. If your perks haven’t appeared after an hour, feel free to reach out to us.

Available Payment Methods

We offer three secure payment methods:

• Stripe: Secure online payments with various credit and debit cards.
• Manual (available only for Malaysian locals): Bank transfer or tel-co topup for local customers.

Terms and Conditions

Thank you for considering supporting Vista Valley through the purchase of a perk! By doing this, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

• Intention to Purchase: Only purchase a perk if you intend to.
  
• Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Transactions: You understand that transactions are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are having issues with your purchase or would like to dispute it, please email us at [email protected] or open a ticket on Discord before processing a refund or chargeback. Refunds or any similar actions without first contacting us will result in an immediate revoking of your perks and titles and may result in a ban. However, a chargeback will result in a permanent ban. These may both be appealed.
  
• Authorized Account Holder: You confirm that you are the legal and authorized account holder. If you are found to be using someone else's account or performing similar illegal actions, your perks will be revoked, and you will be banned from the server. If you are under the age of 18, a legal parental or guardian figure may purchase a perk on your behalf, such as parents, guardians, siblings, or other relatives.
  
• Right to Revoke Perks: We reserve the right to revoke any and all perks purchased at any time if necessary. Examples of this include abuse of power, threats to the security of the server or its players, or using perks to break the rules.
  
• Bundle Items: Items included in bundles may change. When purchasing a package bundle, you agree that you are happy with the items currently included and are not entitled to future modified iterations.
  
• Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older, or have parental/guardian consent from someone who is.
  
• Variable Sponsorship: If you choose to make a 'Variable Sponsorship,' you understand that this is not a perk and strictly an option to give a sponsorship through goodwill alone.
  
• Terms Subject to Change: Our terms are subject to change. We hold the right to update and edit these Terms of Service for any reason at any time. Any changes will be broadcast to relevant channels, and it is your responsibility to stay up to date.

If you do not agree to any of the terms listed above, please do not make any purchases. These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made at any date. Failure to comply will result in a permanent ban from all of our services.
